An investigation of relationship between organizational culture with entrepreneurial orientation of employees working in Tehran 3rd district Municipality Social Deputy

Abstract

Corporate entrepreneurship audit (CEA) is a structured approach to measure entrepreneurial orientation of the organization architecture. This approach has diagnostic tools that can be used in every level of the organization. The first part of this study examines the features of the entrepreneur corporate in four dimensions of leadership, culture, structure and strategy and it consists of 100 questions. The second part consists of 25 questions about the business environment of the company. In this study, the researcher used a questionnaire to measure the entrepreneurial orientation of the organizational architecture in leadership, culture, structure and strategy dimensions, as well as dimension within the organizational environment in employees working in Tehran 3rd district Municipality Social Deputy. The results show that the dimensions of corporate entrepreneurship audit directly affect entrepreneurial orientation among the employees working in 3rd district Tehran Municipality Social Deputy.
