چکیده مقاله
Quality issues and use of new approaches such as TQM recently has become a feature of organizational excellence. In the competitive arena of business, excellence is not easy. In the meantime, companies are trying to appeal to new approaches to increase the quality of its products and thereby increase its share in the domestic and foreign markets. These organizations have found that the enjoyment of such advantages, need continues improvement. For implementing this continues improvement, which is created through total quality management, needs organizational culture. This review paper beside of presenting general definition of organizational culture and total quality management, wants to emphasize the roles and effects of strong and integrated organizational culture on desirable use from TQM results. Moreover, noticing the management role, especially quality management in creating organizational culture, is another goal of this review paper.
