Investigating the necessity of existence and features for independent Business Development Unit in research organizations

For years, high costs spending on development of science and technology in the country but the results show that many research activities are not functional. In different parts of countries, several research the achievements and similar results in parallel done. Macro national capital, time and wasted potential and every day the gap between researchers and research centers with industry and the market increased. This study, at the first examines the need for establishment of business development in private and public organizations and research institutes discussed. The study of commercialization models, technology pricing methods and public research organizations in line with the conditions of internal and executive stages and characteristics and limitations will be discussed.
