Migration is a human phenomenon to reach facilities, satisfy the emotions, and achieve a better life. Migration cannot be controlled or eradicated but managed. Today, Iran has one of the highest growth rates of immigration, emigration and urbanization in the world. Today, the movement of people for improving the quality and quantity of life has taken new dimensions. Today, migration is not done as result of biological purposes but economic, social, political, and cultural nature in the world. A heterogeneous cultural development is seen in the Iranian society. With the impact of policies and reliance on pessimistic views, national media have developed optimism in vague space in the transmission of culture and culture-building. Affected by security, solidarity, and preservation of the subculture values, media have experienced an inverse growth in transmitting culture and culture-building. The production of cultural, training series - showing how to socialize in public places, the presence in the city, how to use vehicles or technology tools, the presence in social networks, and how to deal with the general crisis – is required to meet the cultural needs of migrations and join the global village.
