چکیده مقاله
In this experiment, we make a simple short cavity resonator of hybrid laser by Nd:YAG slab single crystal. Side-pumping method is used to pumping slab in this setup. During our study, source pumping power was 25 W and cooling temperature was 22oc.in our laser setup, beam quality is gained by CCD camera and focalizing output laser beam, around ( , ) .parallelly, we used Finite element method to achieve thermal Lansing (Rz=2500 mm and Ry=1024 nm), beam quality ( , ) and volumetric absorption manner in our set up. we saw how the decreasing slab thickness and its beam shaping in one direction play a crucial role in laser beam quality.We measured reflective index Nd:YAG (1.1% doped and its Cutting was[1,1,1]) by experimental setup [6] and crystal lattice constant by XRD effect. The reflective index of Nd:YAG (1.1% doped) was 1.83 and crystal lattice constant was around 12.04 A0 .
