چکیده مقاله
Abstract
The project takes a look at the opportunities of doing business in China. Focus is on the opportunity in the Online Shopping business in China and the vast business potentials with regards to this business. Many areas are dissected in detail in the report. Analyses are made with regards to the SWOT, PEST, PORTER’s five competitive Forces and the TOWS matrix. Challenges facing the On Line Shopping are also being discussed as well as the shortcomings facing the business. Solutions and recommendations are proposed to overcome the shortcomings and have been discussed in detail in the report. In the nutshell, opportunities doing the on line shopping business should not be discarded by business people since opportunities and potentials far outweigh the shortcomings, more so the Chinese government is very supportive of the E Commerce business in China.
