Effect and relationship of website features and users satisfaction on utilization degree of the social networks by the users

چکیده مقاله

Abstract

Organizations that compete for authority in the market are constantly in search of paths to get ahead of their competitors. Contemporary clients also desire interaction with the organizations. Successfully managing the relationship with the client is one of the main competing advantages that organizations can utilize in order to prevent client conveyance to other organizations. The more one organization can make efficient relations with its clients, the more opportunities it’ll have to offer extra services and products to the same clients. The current research analyzes the connection between website features and user satisfaction with user utilization, considering the facts mentioned above, Case studies of this research: are the users of social networks. The methodology of the current research is collective-descriptive. Researcher-made questionnaires based on Likert index were used in order to gather information from the targeted society. Responders were the students of the Islamic Azad University of Tabriz who utilize the services of users and social networks. In order to analyze research data from descriptive analysis, Kolmogorov–Smirnov test and Pearson product-moment correlation test were used with the utilization of SPSS software. Research data shows that website features before and during utilization have a direct and significant effect on user satisfaction and utilization of social networks by users and exploiters.
