The effect on seismic performance of concrete shear walls thin, low resistance and low arm

Although several research programs have investigated the performance of structural understanding of the behavior of lightweight concrete, there is a limited elements made of seismic conditions. The most ramous software “Ansys” in the lightweight shear walls under three dimensional form is used considering the crack in concert and it’s relative effect on the stiffness-matrix modification. The elective structural models are analyzed using obtained analytical results in the form of seismic parameters such as reduction factor due to ductility ()R  , over strength ()s R , ductility factor    and displacement modification factor ( ) d C are determined.
