Experimental Investigation of Constant Magnetic Field(1000 G) Effect for Inhibition of Natural Gas Hydrate Formation

چکیده مقاله

One of the related issues to the natural gas is natural gas hydrate. Natural gas always transmit with water. Molecules of water make the holes with semi-lattice structure because of their strong hydrogen bonding. This structure known as empty hydrate lattice that is unstable; Though, in the presence of non-polar natural gas or low-polar natural gas with molecular diameter less than holes diameter it can reach the stable structure. So this crystalline semi-ice substance is known as hydrate gas.
The goal of this investigation is the analysis of natural gas treatment in southern zones of Iran that possesses oil to investigation about hydrate formation in the presence and absence of magnetic field. Thus experimental apparatus was built to analyze the hydrate treatment that can depict the time-temperature and time-pressure curves every moment and record in computer simultaneously(data acquisition system). This apparatus has enough precision and it can stir the content of the reactor for complete mixing during the experiment. The desired gas is embowed-non associated gas and is generated from the gasoline shafts. Embowed gas contains heavier substances with higher vapor pressure than other associated gases. In this survey, the curve of equilibrium hydrate formation of desired gas was depicted, then the effect of magnetic field on these gases was investigated
