The effective implementation of the Balanced Scorecard four indices on the basis of the decision making in TAPSIS model

The Balanced Scorecard as a Strategic Management System is used in many companies and organizations and helps managers analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their organizations. So the present study has been conducted to survey of the effective implementation of the Balanced Scorecard four indices on the basis of the decision making in TAPSIS model in Esfahan Steel Company. Considering the purpose of this research it is an applicable research and considering the nature and methodology of the research it is a descriptive survey research. The population of this study was selected randomly from among Esfahan Steel Company’s managers (196 members). Data collection instrument was researcher developed questionnaire. The results show that the key factors affecting successful implementation of balanced scorecard are based on four cultural, humanitarian, infrastructural, managerial and structural factors which have been separately identified and prioritized. Regarding challenges of implementing the balanced scorecard in Isfahan Steel Company the findings show that structural factors, cultural and human factors, management factors, and infrastructural factors rank 1 to 4 respectively.
