the right of education for the children affected by the middle east war(emphasizing on Iraq and Syria wars)

چکیده مقاله

since children are considered as the capitals of a country, their rights are of the important parts of the welfare system because children are defenseless and unable to identify and take their rights ,are armed hostilities have more effects on them and make them much more vulnerable than the others and creating unanticipated living conditions,their physical and spiritual growth are in danger.
The findings of this filed-library research show that the homeless and refugee children are affected by war indirectly and as like as their parents they shoud have change place in their home country to pass their problems and/or they shoud migrate to other countries . this type of children shoud be protected inany case.the war children in third world ,especially in Iraq and Syria in which the human rights are less considered ,have more vulnerability for some reasons including cultural,economic and social poverty. One of the most important vulnerability during the war period is deprivation of rights of education. Ruining schools and changing them into the revolutionary shelters is one of the most important factors to prevent children from their rights of education.therefore, the most vulnerable people in the said countries are children. The international humanitarian organizations have recognized the right of education as an essential base in human rights,which is necessary for reaching the top level of human personality.
I, with descriptive approach,in this paper ,have considered the war children of Iraq and Syria basic rights and researched the right of education and the role of international protecting organizations in this regard
