The study effects of ultrasonic waves on the CoFe2O4 nano particle

As known, synthesis route, heat treatment, cations substitute and presence of various frequencies affect the size, extent, form and magnetic properties of nano particles. In this paper we prepared nano particle of cobalt ferrite in the presence of ultrasonic waves, and investigating structure and particle size and magnetic properties by use of XRD, SEM, VSM and FT-IR. Results show that by increasing annealing time and temperature, nano particles size will increase.
XRD spectrum shows that particles have spinel structure. SEM’s images show that particles are spherical. VSM’s data shows ferromagnetic particle properties have high anisotropy, relatively. Finally, by using FT-IR one can declare that sample impurities are related too initial nitrate on surface and among the particle.
