Investigation of Financial Development Impacts on Economic Growth in Iran Using Dynamic Models

Financial market development is main objective and priority in developing countries. In developing countries reformation of financial markets is found to be inevitable and absolutely necessary, as there is close relationship between financial development and economic development according to studies. The underdevelopment of the financial sector is one of the reasons why poorer countries tend to further decline their production than in more developed economies. This effect is particularly exacerbated in output contractions.
