In the not to distant past, to prepare and transfer the water from the depths of the earth to the soil surface diesel engines were used. But nowadays in many parts diesel engines supplant instead of them. Regarding to price increasing of energy carriers , the wells electrification, will have the following results: reducing the use of fossil fuels, reducing the environmental pollution and energy use efficiency. In this study, the fixed price for per cubic meter of withdraw agricultural water from two kind of diesel and electric wells in different bank interest condition in Kangavar desert has been studied. The results showed that , the fixed price for per cubic meter of water in construction a diesel – electric wells Kangavar desert is different and in different bank share rates for electric well except 7%bank share fixed price for per cubic meter in bank shares14,16,18,20 %less than half of the diesel well price was estimated. The results from this study showed that , although the drilling and equipping cost of electric well is more than diesel well but the annual maintenance and operation costs of an electric well is much lower than a diesel well.
