چکیده مقاله

Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is an uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells arising in the squamous cells, which compose most of the skin’s upper layers (the epidermis). The damaging effects of UV radiation are DNA destruction. Visible light and UVA radiation are liable to cause DNA destruction indirectly by producing reactive oxygen species such as superoxide anion, singlet oxygen, and hydrogen peroxide via biochemical reactions. Also, on the other side of the coin, it would result in production some protein in the blood as a biomarker
