چکیده مقاله

Nowadays Dividing Wall Columns (DWCs) is one of the famous energy saving applied as a method for separating in distillation. However, in current study try to utilize and optimal retrofit of some physical and thermodynamic parameters of a four-product DWC with two partition walls assembled as a packed column by applying non-welded technology and employs full thermal coupling. In a nutshell, using non-welded technology leads to increase of energy saving and also energy efficiency of current DWC. Also, the range of energy saving and Total annualized cost (TAC) in terms of different rates of mass flow rate have interaction effect to each other. And the last result but not the least is Pressure drop at each 3 main beds and total (whole of current DWC) has a positive correlation with different range of Aromatics mass flow rates Feed
