A Comparative Analysis of loss of profit in Intellectual Property Rights in International Trade Law and Law of Iran

The focal point of the present study is to examine the position of loss of profit in intellectual property rights of Iran’s law and the internatiotrade law and in case of inflicting damage or loss to the mental or intellectual creation whether loss of profit is accepted or not. To study this issue first the theoretical framework and principles were stated and then the damages of loss of profit in intellectual property rights and the methods of compensation for damages caused by loss of profit in intellectual property rights in Iran’s law and the international trade law were analyzed
