State Sovereignty and Implementation of International Law Rules on Human Rights

چکیده مقاله

A large part of the general principles of international law is binding on the delimitation of reciprocity so that no one can violate the privacy of others, but international law as a legal order is distinguished from other legal orders by the lack of a central enforcement authority in the field of international protection of human rights. In this study we aimed to study the implementation of the rules of international law in the field of human rights by the sovereign states. We want to answer the question, “Are sovereign states against human rights through non-intervention in the internal affairs or they protect it?”  In order to have a transnational system to implement and enforce human rights, it requires careful consideration of norms and rules of human rights. By reviewing previous studies, we concluded that the sovereign states are the important constituent elements of the international system for implementation of human rights
