Investigating effects of recommendation system on employees’participation at Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance of Islamic Republic of Iran

چکیده مقاله

Work is surely more dynamic if the employees are allowed to get involved in decision making process and obviously this participation could make the environment more pleasant in order to make progress. To investigate more accurately this is essential to analyze the data obtained from the employees who are directly involved in the whole process finding out how vital applying RS is. In this research we discuss the effects of Recommendation System(RS) on employees’ participation at Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance(MEAF) of Islamic Republic of Iran by analyzing some data achieved from questionnaires which has been provided for this matter. Among two hundred and sixty spread questionnaire, two hundred and fifty samples have been collected which our investigations are based on. This research had been done from September to December 2014. Our data are analyzed using T-Test in SPSS software and the results is available in this paper. There are 14 optional questions divided into five categories and the recommendations of employees are considered at question NO.15. Since these recommendations are of high value as our evidence, we brought them in the last section of this research .At the end we are able to see the significant relationship between recommendation system and employees participation.
