چکیده مقاله

stability in the broad sense of community to sound Yi , ecosystems , or any of the

current system for the continuation of the function of the infinite in the

future , without compulsion , as a result of the dwindling resources that the system is dependent on or due to impose on them too much time to weakness . 

in fact stability in practice a balance between the necessity of environmental and development needs and researcher is one of two ways : reduce pressure and increase the

existing capacities .  the theory of sustainable development and sustainable

 architecture , most of the discussion on contemporary architectural issues .

 that any building should be able to natural environment in which , communicate, out of the question. sustainable architecture the newest thinking in terms of planning and designing the environment artifact , arising from thinking of sustainable development . 

sustainable development in the area of architecture to three basic issue economy

, environmental pollution and socio - cultural aspect . sustainable design goal is to

 find solutions to the architectural renderings co - existence every three aspects . Two first principle , with the technical materials and construction methods and renewable

energy . while the third principle of human and culture and methods of his life and described as the " social stability " and was considering the author . 

In this research goals include identification of concepts and definitions of social stability in the residential complexes and achieve architecture design principles for residential complexes in order to raise social interactions . Research methodology in this research descriptive and analytical inductive reasoning . method of collecting information on the basis of a library research and documents .
