IT and it’s Effects on Bank Liquidity in Iran (Case Study: Agriculture Bank)

چکیده مقاله

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the application of information technology in bank deposits. The population of this study included all three branches of the Agricultural Bank is the number of 6300 people. Data were collected through survey method to collect the required information from simple random sampling method is used. The results of the test research hypotheses showed that customer relationship management, customer use of various services at the same time, database, software, infrastructure and networks, communication channels, reduce bureaucracy, accuracy, speed and ease of doing business, ability and increasing staff skills and improve service quality and significance of bank deposits there.
