چکیده مقاله
The present study aims to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational identity of Agricaltural Bank staff of khorramabad, Iran. The research is descriptive and correlational. The study population consisted of all Agricaltural Bank staff of khorramabad, Lorestan province in west of Iran, which was 161 individuals.
Using the Krejcie & Morgan Table, the sample size was 113, which were determined by relative stratified random sampling method. To collect the required data, the questionnaires of Minnesota job satisfaction and organizational identity of Cheney (1983) were used. In addition to descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation, the statistical test of Pearson correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there was a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational identity of Agricaltural Bank staff of khorramabad.
