The increasing rate of diseases, particularly metabolic diseases and their harmful effects on the body that are more sensitive parts of the body that are ruptured blood vessel. Also has a very large blood vessels in your retina that causes these vessels to rupture and bleeding in the retina instead. Using the methods of processing images on the retina and identify components anatomical changes in the retina can also detect MAs and blood stains. The purpose of this paper is to identify optical disc so that the proposed algorithm takes into account a combination of properties. In the first phase the blood vessels of the retina extracted by the extraction process smoothly and improve the image and then use good contrast to the more contrast image of the “vessel | Backgrounds” for use in filtering the extraction vessel The use of multi-level thresholding and morphological operations to extract the main branches of the vessels and their intersection with the Hough transform is a linear low. In the next section peak intensities in the image areas and these areas are delimited by special functions. Then by a combination of geometric properties of optical disc area and the intersection of the veins and areas with maximum intensity, optical disk locations are marked in the picture. Sensitivity and specificity for extraction vessels in order for the database STARE and DRIVE respectively (66.32 and 95.11) and (61.26 and 94.61) and in determining the optical disc (88.8 and 92) has been obtained.
