چکیده مقاله
“There is very critical situation for small investors while selecting mutual funds for investment. In order to help those investors the research was undertaken to find the factors which affect the performance of close-ended mutual funds. For this research 12 close-ended mutual funds, listed in Mutual Funds Association of Pakistan (MUFAP), are selected. Five years data, from 2008 to 2012, are used in this study. The data are gathered from their financial reports. Simple linear regression is used to study the factors which affect the performance of close-ended mutual funds. The study finds that Fund Size and Expense Ratio have significant positive whereas fund age have impact on closeended mutual funds’ performance
