چکیده مقاله
Background and objective: Patient satisfaction is an important factor in the improvement of service quality measurement. Today, the attitude of customer orientation is considered as a fundamental principle in the success of any organization. This study examines the relationship between organizations’ characteristics and patient satisfaction.
Methods: in this descriptive - correlation survey 156 managers and 203 patients admitted to the medical and surgical ward of selected training hospitals covered by two universities of Medical Sciences in Tehran and Health Services of Shahid Beheshti University through stratified Classification Sampling. The validity of the questionnaire was determined by content validity and face validity and reliability was evaluated by both internal consistency and test-retest methods and data were analyzed using spss software version 17.
