Correlation between virulence genes in Staphylococcus aureus isolated from subclinical mastitis and somatic cell count in Iran

چکیده مقاله

Abstract:
In this study, we identify cows with subclinical mastitis and somatic cell count (SCC) and culture samples for isolated Staphylococcus aureus, that then examined Staphylococcus aureus virulence genes. 41samples colony morphology on culture and tube coagulase test was coagulase-positive staphylococc. After gene amplification 23S rRNA by PCR,34 samples finitely isolated was Staphylococcus aureus.Finally a total of 34 samples,15sample with gene-CoA and number 23 sample with gene-clfA and number 28 sample with gene-spa (X-region) and number19 sample with gene-spa (IgG). After use of statistical analysis data correlation between virulence genes and increase somatic cell was observed (P value≤ 0/05).
