A Model of Intention to Use Mobile Wireless Technology With Fuzzy Approach

Mobile devices have emerged as the most prominent tools to improve accessibility, enhance management effectiveness, and increase operational efficiency. With the popularity of mobile devices such as laptops, mobile phones, and personal digital assistances (PDAs), the number of worldwide wireless internet users are increasing rapidly. The use of such devices enables information technology managers to input, store, process, and access project information at any location and to communicate that information to any location and eliminate the kinds of errors and delays that are inherent in manual approaches. The goal of this research is to present a mobile wireless technology acceptance model in companies activated in information technology sector. The research methodology is done with fuzzy approach through consulting with information technology experts and the elements of the model are defined. The results analyzed by SPSS demonstrate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived quality and security are critical factors that influence the mobile wireless technology acceptance model.
