چکیده مقاله

Rivet is one of the most significant methods of joining materials, used in various industries especially in Aviation industry. Rivets are used in permanent connections of sheets in the body of aircraft constructions. Failure of rivet joints depends directly on tension status of the joint. Various parameters such as riveting load, friction ratio, and tolerance effect directly on the stress and fatigue life of rivet joint. There are several different procedures for riveting, such as press riveting, pop riveting, explosion and radial frictional riveting, use in different industries. This research has studied the newest technology of riveting which known as rotational radial frictional riveting. The function of this machine is hyperbolic and this cause uniformity and minimum displacement in the molecular structure of the piece
