The aim of this study was to compare psychological capital, hardiness and quality of life of divorced women and women of Gobad Qabus city was normal. A. description of the method of this study is comparison. The study population consisted of all divorcees and married women normally with age range of 20 to 40 years in Gobad Qabus According to the census of 1390 the number of 18 272 people (274 people divorced and 18098 females normally) be in accordance with the determined logical volume Morgan (1970 ), 250 patients (123 men and 127 married women, divorced normal) random cluster sampling were selected as examples and were involved in the study. Research tools, questionnaires, psychological capital Luthans et al (2007), hardiness Kvbasa (1979), World Health Organization Quality of Life Short Form and demographic. For statistical analysis using statistical software SPSS20, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and U-Mann-Whitney test was used. The results show that the capital psychological hardiness and quality of life of divorced women and normalization of Gobad Qabus there are significant differences. So that ordinary women than divorced women, the psychological capital and higher quality of life, while women are more absolute than ordinary women a hard surface. Among the variables listed in order of quality of life, then psychological capital and at the end of hardiness has the highest proportion of divorced women and the difference between the two groups is common. It seems that training focused on psychological capital and hardiness in order to improve the quality of life of divorced women be useful.
