Considering of BOO Contract in project management & its role in developing of privatization

چکیده مقاله

   In most of production & manufacturing projects which may be performed in different methods, the considered project would be transferred finally to governmental section. But today any transfer of projects to private section is the most important problem around the world. This is because privatization is a world phenomenon and in contraction with different assets of countries and general services provided by the government.[7]. Any interest in privatization of projects may cause to consider different contracts such as "Build, Own, Operate" (BOO). This is because performed project is not belonging to private section [5]. This may cause that both the government and investor benefit from advantages of contract. Any increase of national production, budget reduction, economic efficiency increase, government operation betterment and attracting of investment are positive effects of BOO contract [14]. The good results of performing these contracts may cause any performance of great oil & gas projects with BOO method in water & electricity Power Stations parts [11]. This essay considers the nature and executive construction of BOO contracts and further challenges along with introducing of BOO projects which are under establishment in country.
