case study of project time management in the field of project management knowledge and project life circle

چکیده مقاله

In this research, we review importance level of time management process in successful complete of project and  overlaying it with other fields and project management process. Project time management includes all of the necessary process in order to assure on time complete of project. These process interact with each other and also other fields of project. On the basis of the needs of project, each project may include one or more people and groups. Usually each process occurs one time. Although process are displayed as a separated elements having some things in common, they maybe interacted and overlaid in practice through methods that are not explained here. This field of knowledge needs a balance between competitive goals and necessary choices for meeting needs and beneficiaries expectations. Although all process of project  management  are integrated, these process are interacted with each other and other process of knowledge fields.
