The necessity of paying attention to thinking production, and pathology, and the remedy on the problems facing it is an important issue in the context of communities’ development. In the current global situation, which the rapid development of science and technology on the one hand, and the emergence of multiple intellectual schools, and the development of schools on the other hand, are considered as is obvious feature, the necessity of having the intellectual foundation, the solid ideas, is increasingly evident, and it does not appear unless the review and the production of knowledge and thought environment is a healthy and ready environment
