چکیده مقاله
Indentifying and prioritizing customers and technical necessities are multi criteria decision making process which includes qualitative and qualitative criteria and it has become more significant with the increasing expansion of output. Various methods for the subject of identifying and prioritizing customers and technical necessities have been presented, which in this essay It is tried to present a new approach for the process of identifying and prioritizing customers and technical in during industry based on cooperation of all levels of staff and collective wisdom. By the presentation of a comprehensive and practical model in the simultaneous qualitative quantitative aspects . This research wan done in the aim of identifying and prioritizing customers and technical necessities by QFD fuzzy approach in 1393 .
The participants in this research are all customers of dairy products from Shiraz Ramak Dairy products. These free the population is unlimited and according to the Morgan table it was considered equal to 384 people and also 7 experts Opinions.
And comments were wed to identify technical necessities and classify Customers necessities. By using exploratory factor Analysis technique customers necessities were located in 3 main categories: product features, product quality and green production and then by using confirmatory factor Analysis technique. This model was tested and its fitness was confirmed and then by using the AHP Fuzzy technique, Customers necessities were categorized. Results show that the most significant Customers necessities are qualitative necessities. Raw materials and desired compounds and competitive price with measures of, 0.157 , 0.126,0.122 in succession .
Ultimately by using House of quality Matrix, the relations between customers necessities and technical necessities were studied and required technical necessities were classified to supply customers necessities.
