Effect of knowledge management and innovative technologies on developing new products in Iranian machinery and tools industries

The main purpose of present research is to "explain effect of knowledge management and innovative technologies developing new products in Iranian machinery and tools industries. Five hypotheses in this paper examines the impact of knowledge management and innovative technologies focused on the development of new products in the organizational profile. The experts and managers of battery manufacturing companies in the industrial towns of Tehran have been surveyed which sample were 190. Standard questionnaire with 36 questions was used for data collection and to hypothesis test, regression tests were used to mean comparison. The results showed that 5 hypotheses have been approved and knowledge management tools and industrial machinery industries affects technological innovation and new product development.   Technological innovations are effective on development of new products and the reciprocal impact of knowledge management on technological innovation, the development of new products has been positive. The results indicate that machinery and industrial equipment industries have been effective in knowledge management and technological innovation to produce new products.
