New era is the era of competition over resources and assets.Industrialized countries that are the victors in this field have put the utilization of resources and capital in their agenda.Using inventions and innovations that have transformed the economies of the developed world is subjected to entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is considered as the locus of effort and progress in the modern era and also as a key factor of growth and a driving force for economic development.Today, everyone knows that those communities that rely on human resources rather than natural resources have been more successful in the long term.Paying attention to entrepreneurs, it is very important in development and progress of the countries.But the lack of support for entrepreneurs would yield to the conversion of into wealth which faces job creation with troubles from the outset.Today incubators that are established to support entrepreneurs by providing public facilities would facilitate turning scientific breakthroughs into deliverable products to the market and they play a pivotal role in improving the entrepreneurship environment.
