The analysis effect of information and communication technology on quality performance organization, Case study:Lorestan Province gas company

ITstudies scholarshavecommentedon theuse of information technologyin organizations, anyIT tools thatcanhelpto Avoidwastingresources in organization and helping OrganizationMovefromthetraditionalto the Process could improve the procedures andincreaseeffectiveutilization ofresources.In this connection, the present study isan initialexploratorystudies thechoice of threetools, electronic data interchange, enterprise resource planning and use ofcomputers and the Internet astoolsof information technology in lorestan province gas company based so ittothisquestion: does there is a relationship betweenuseofinformation technologyandthe quality performanceofgascompany? the methodology used in this study is descriptive –correlational and Survey, that been in practical studies category and surveys been done. the first class data collection tool was a questionnaire Which has 36 questions. that was collected from 106 employees of the gas company in lorestan province. then datas using spss 21 and amos graphic software was statistically analyzed and results was obtained as follow: The resultshypothesis withstatistical tests, representssignificant relationship betweenthe variables, andtheireffects. So that,the results ofmodel fitting for proposal research confirmsthe results, in this regardthe research hypotheses were confirmedwith99%statisticalconfidence. Finally the results of reserch showed the enterprise resource planning tools more effects on quality performance gas company, because it is theinfrastructurein organization.
