Verification of relationship between information and communication technology and out of organization response

چکیده مقاله

The recent study has been done with the purpose of verification of relationship between ICT and out of organization response of personnel in Pardis universities of Tehran. This study is of descriptive-cooperative type. The statistical society of recent study includes all the personnel of 1394-95 with 400 members in which with the help of Morgan table, 200 of them were chosen. Selected sample was via random sampling method. For data gathering the researcher maid questionnaire of ICT and out of organization response with appropriate stability and validity was used. For analysis of data, the descriptive statistics were applied by the help of statistical SPSS software. The result of study shows that there is a meaningful relationship among all the components of ICT and response, ethical, legal, notification, cultural, and structural response.
