Investigating the relation between enterprise architecture and organizational structure of Radio broadcasting organization of Iran

Regarding high complexities of organizations in today’s business world and enhanced application of information technology systems, there is an urgent need for an approach by which these systems can be efficiently used in various levels of organization. Enterprise architecture is an effective strategy for achieving this goal. Enterprise architecture aims at aligning the organization with information technology by means of an organized structure and according to a defined methodology. The objective of the present study is to evaluate the influence of enterprise architecture with federal framework on organizational structure of Iran Radio broadcasting organization. The relation between independent (enterprise architecture) and dependent (organizational structure) variables was evaluated by structural equation model. The results obtained in this study indicated that enterprise architecture has positive and significant effect on organizational structure of Radio broadcasting organization of Iran.
