چکیده مقاله
The Experiences and abilities of employees in an organization are important factors that affect on the performance and productivity .
Organizational learning state the ability of organization for changing people ‘s experiences to organizational ability.
Most of the researchers studied the important process of organizational learning through members of organization.
Knowledge management as a of the efficiency ‘s tools needs to learning ,collecting ,keeping, and sharing information in the organization.
This process in addition to improvement of organizational learning should prevent to forget essential and useful knowledge and also should cause forgetting useless knowledge.
Organizational forgetting through intentional and unintentional missing of knowledge ,cause changing in the organizational structure and beliefs and finally led to competitive advantage.
Although this is one of the dynamic aspect of knowledge , but It wasn’t considered enough.
This research studies knowledge management and organizational learning process and emphasize on organizational forgetting as a competitive advantage to study the effect of organizational learning upon the organizational forgetting .
The statistical population include 35 middle managers of governmental organizations.
This research was done descriptive and exploratory by semi structural interview method.
pearson correlation coefficient was used for answering to the research’s questions.
The result of analysis of interviewer ‘s answer shows positive relation of all aspect of subsystems of organizational learning (leadership and management, Structure, organizational culture, strategy) upon the organizational forgetting.
