The relationship between ethical leadership and knowledge sharing and intellectual capital in terms of ethical climate as mediator

The role of ethical leadership in creating a space for other people to be active based on ethical rules has become more prominent. This atmosphere has a considerable influence on intellectual capital and knowledge sharing. This research is for studying these relationships by collecting necessary information from staff, students and faculty members of the Schools of Technical, Physical Education, Economics and Management of Tehran University in 2016. This is a descriptive research in terms of data collection method and this is a correlational research in terms of relationships between variables and ultimately it is based on structural equation modeling. The population includes employees, students and faculty members of the Schools of Technical, Physical Education, Economics and Management of Tehran University in 2016. By using Cochran Formula and appropriate sampling based on the sample; 280 people were selected. The results show that ethical leadership has a significant effect on intellectual capital, knowledge sharing and ethical climate. The results also showed that ethical climate has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing and intellectual capital; and also knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital.
