The Study of Relation Employees Ethical Behavior with Social Responsibility Organization (Case Study: Ardebil social security Organization)

The concept of corporate social responsibility in recent years due to the growth of NGOs, protest movements against corporate power, social awareness, development of capital markets, financial scandals and moral development of public companies and large corporations, has become the dominant paradigm in office space company. Therfore The main objective of this study was to determine the relationshib employees ethical behavior on Economic dimension of social responsibility in social security is Ardabil province. The aim of this study in terms of applied research (because it sought to resolve the problem of social security organization in Ardebil on variables such as Economic dimension of social responsibility and ethical behavior of employees) and the nature and content of the survey is. The study, field data collection, respectively (as to measure the opinions of the Social Security Organization of Ardabil province variables Economic dimension of social responsibility and ethical behavior of employees) and by means of a questionnaire.
