Evaluating the effect of the human resource development on achieving organizational agility at Social Security Organization

چکیده مقاله

Today, more than ever, organizations are faced with changing and unpredictable environment, so they need to face with these rapid developments in order maintain their place and survival. To this end, different ways are recommended by researchers in the field of management, and one of them is creating an Agile Organization.

The aim of this study was to determine the impact of human resource development on achieving organizational agility at Social Security Organization. In terms of target, this study is an applied one and in terms of descriptive nature and method is a survey. The statistical population of this study consists of the staff of Social Security Organization (Central Agency) and sample population was chosen according to the statistical norms.

In this study, in order to collect data, we used human resource development questionnaire of Tonke Nejad and Davari (2009) and organizational agility questionnaire of Sharifi and Zhang (1999). In order to examine the subject we formulated a main and hypothesis seven sub-hypotheses. In order to analyze the collected data, Pearson correlation coefficient, linear regression and structural equation models were applied. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the components of human resource development (success, coordination, adaptation, forging identity, mental, attitudinal and employment dimensions) and organizational agility of Social Security Organization.
