چکیده مقاله

Today introduced new concepts such as social responsibility in the business environment, and has recently attracted the attention of many organizations has been added .msyvlyt Corporate Social issues such as the environment, human rights, labor standards, business ethics and anti-corruption much wider range than in the past has found a valuable role plays in profit organizations. While many studies have examined the Corporate Social Responsibility little research has attempted social responsibility role as an influential factor for social marketing in the insurance industry to review the country. Discussed as well as the introduction of social responsibility and its dimensions by exploring existing literature, review and dissection is placed. The results suggest that a systematic approach to customers, organizations and communities that respect the interests of the three in terms of social responsibility and social marketing is also being required corporate social responsibility and environmental and process improvement work and relationships in the age of Present Customers benefit of the principle of non-customer caused losses to society and lead to the benefit of society.And a society that will benefit from the activities of the grounds development organizations to provide comfort.
