Examine the relationship between organizational agility and organizational intelligence and organizational performance of the mining industry and trade in Kerman city

چکیده مقاله

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational agility and organizational intelligence and organizational performance of the mining industry and trade in Kerman city. current study using the correlation method in a sample of 200 persons of all employees in the mining industry and trade in Kerman city. We used questionnaires organizational agility, intelligence and corporate performance to get more information :

The desirable validity which calculated . / 0 and agility of the organization was 80/0 , Business Intelligence was 85 and reliability in the job performance was 78.Also, we used Spearman and Kendall test for SPSS to analyze the data and  software which has relationship between variables and factors associated with them. The findings showed, there is a relationship between organizational agility and its components(eg. accountability, speed, efficiency and flexibility and organizational intelligence )which used in organizational performance of the mining industry and commerce in Kerman city. The results show, if the organization is more agile, it will possessed by a higher intelligence which have better performance.
