One type of environmental pollution is soil contamination. Soil contamination by oil compounds is one of the most important environmental problems. These compounds decompose in nature with a very slow process. In this research, accelerated decomposition of oil pollutants in the soil was investigated by means of well drilling in static conditions. In order to achieve this goal, four different stages were tested, which were used in the first three stages of soil with different moisture content and at the last stage of soil with different densities. Throughout the study the wells were excavated in the contaminated soil, and the cultured microbes were injected into these wells along with three different nutrient solutions, nutrients plus sugars and nutrients plus Tween80 at various stages after the specified time, the soil contents were extracted with a suction machine and compared with the oil extracted at the beginning of the process, the percentage of removal of oil compounds was calculated. The results showed that in higher moisture content, higher removal percentage was related to higher moisture test and using Tween 80, in the density study the percentage of removal is more related to soil with lower density.
