Model of efficiency means using the correct way of resources. The greater the number of measurements of chemical parameters as chemical waste produced. Plenty of water quality monitoring network costs with respect to the sample sequence. The ability to use data collected depends on the sampling frequency. The monitoring program of water resources, the number of hourly and seasonal due to the quality and quantity of parameter type, water features and sampling frequency are determined. The number of parameters in each station was determined using the formula provided. Based on the above analysis of physicochemical parameters significantly reduced, which reduces cost and less time to spend.
