Investigate the relationship between work sport (the sport of personnel alongside each other) with the Personnel motivation

چکیده مقاله

The work sport is a process, which comprises both the sport and its benefits, and the employees’ attendance in the informal communication areas, and this differs the work sport from the only sport activity (The work sport is a new idiom). The present research, consider studying the relationship of work sport (the sport of personnel alongside each other) with personnel motivation in staff affairs of Sarcheshmeh Copper City. The major research question include is there any significant relationship between the work sport and the personnel’ motivation? In this study, we have used nine moderator variables to reach the precise evaluation of that relationship. The said variables are age, sex, work experience, level of education, organizational position, employment status, marital status, quality of life (mental health) and finally quality of work life. The sampling method was census, and collection data was done by the field case study method. This research, proceed to the main and sub hypothesis in addition to other hypothesis, which could be made with the moderators variables. The results of using different statistical methods including Spearman correlation coefficient and Chi-square show lack of and/or a little bit significant relationship between the tests of the hypothesis.
