بررسي وضعيت كاركردي با رويكرد مهندسي مجدد مورد مطالعه شركت سيمان دورود

چکیده مقاله

Reengineering is one of the management recent innovations that emphasis on fundamental rethink and radical redesign of business processes to generate dramatic improvements in critical performance measures such as cost, quality, service and speed. Given the fact that view to critical performance measures in the cement industry for increase competitive power in the world is a critical subject, which is why the importance of BPR for improvements in critical performance measures in this industry can be remarkable help for Cement Company stable sequential specially DORUD cement co in this market that day by day is rising. To this end, this study investigates status quo DORUD cement co and contrast whit optimum status in term of customer satisfaction, quality and information technology (IT) by BPR approach. The data for diagnoses the gap between status quo and optimum status was collected by interview with customer and questionnaire through employees. The results shows that a big gap between status quo and optimum status, so that any groups under study were unsatisfied about exist process performance. Consequently the key decrease gap is depend on generate dramatic improvements in company performance by processes fundamental rethink and apply to concepts and also selects an appropriate BPR methodology in respect to DORUD cement co organizational culture, structure and strategies.
