Studying analytical connection between job environment spirituality and strategic thinking of employees of electricity distribution force company of Tabriz

This study is about the connection between the job environment spirituality and strategic thinking of employees of electricity distribution force of Tabriz. According to the Cocran equation the first sample is about 110 people. We have used two questionnaires of the job environment spirituality with 14 questions and strategic thinking with 38 questions to gather the necessary data and they were analyzed by the descriptive survey of the cohesion test of Pierson. According to the results ,there is a positive relationship between the spirituality of the job environment and it’s dimensions (meaning full job ,solidarity with others and aligning with the organization values) with the knowledge management.
