چکیده مقاله
Today in the high level firms and organizations through the world competition arena, it is observed that evolution and change factor is the managers’ thoughts can be required for survival and success of the organizations, therefore the strategic management can be considered as a scheme for the organization’s future creation. The strategic management constructs the future instead of anticipating it. In this study, this factor has been considered as the dependent variable and the managers’ strategic thought as an effective factor on it. This research take an approach which is practical in terms of goal and descriptive in terms of data collection and processing to investigate the relationship between the managers’ strategic thoughts of Iranian Pakshoo Company and their success rate the world competition. Data collected by questionnaire has been analyzed and examined applying the inferential statistics such as Structural Equations Model (SEM) to construct the business model. The findings are outputs of the research process and justify and confirm the research existence. Every research finding comprises a series of descriptions about present situations and some inferences based on relations and differences it has been concluded that there is a relationship between the managers’ strategic thoughts and Pakshoo Company’s success through the world competition
